Granville Plus Youth Arts Centre's visual arts visits

Granville Plus Youth Arts Centre is working in partnership with Camden Arts Centre on the 'Insights' project which provides young people with the opportunity to develop their awareness of career opportunities within visual arts, and create a portfolio of work.

In December 2009 the Arts Centre will be organising trips to the Tate Modern to see Pure Beauty - an exhibition by John Baldessari, and to Central St Martins College of Art and Design, where young people will work with professional artists to develop their photography techniques, and gain an insight into university courses which specialise in visual arts.

The trips are scheduled for the following dates:

Tate Modern: Thursday 10 December 2009, 4.30 pm to 9.30 pm.

Central St Martins College of Art and Design: Saturday 12 December 2009, 9 am until 5 pm.

Please contact Granville Plus Youth Arts Centre for more details.
