   Glenda Supports Breast Cancer

Glenda opens Kentish Town Health CentreGlenda was delighted to open the new breast screening clinic at the Kentish Town Health Centre on the 19th February 09. Glenda (pictured left) cut the ribbon to officially declare the breast screening facilities open, and then gave a speech outlining the importance of early breast screening among women.

The Kentish Town Health Centre, situated on Bartholomew Road, is opening in stages, and the official opening of the centre will be held in April. The whole centre has been designed in bright colours to be more attractive in the hope that it will encourage people to visit their doctors more regularly for check-ups and screenings - even those who have a fear of going to the doctors.
