Glenda visited the Climate Camp on Blackheath on Monday 31st August and was very impressed by the nature of what they were doing, and also how peaceful the camp was, with no serious disturbances or violation of protocols.

Glenda comments, "I was both welcomed, as were all visitors, and much impressed. The camp was very well organised, serious in intent, inclusive and without any aggro. A fine example of peaceful protest and committed citizenship".

Glenda continues to be as committed as ever to tackle Climate Change, and would like to encourage her constituents to cut their carbon emissions and think about the part they personally play in reducing carbon emissions.
