Travel to surgeries

Hampstead Town Hall surgery:

Near Belsize Park tube (Northern Line)- Cross the road at the station and walk up the hill.
Number 168 and C11 pass the door and can be picked up outside the cinema at South End Green. The 268 can be picked up at the 02 centre Finchley Road.
Hampstead Heath Silverlink railway station about 12 mins away.

Swiss Cottage Community Centre surgery:

Swiss Cottage Tube station (Jubilee Line), then a short walk to 19 Winchester Road.
Buses to Avenue Road- which run towards Kilburn and West Hampstead- numbers 31, C11, N28, N31.

South Kilburn Community Resource Centre Surgery:

Close to Queen’s Park Tube (Bakerloo line), rail link available here too.
Buses outside nearby West Kilburn Baptist Church: 6 and 316 (running towards Kensal Rise) or buses from outside Queen’s Park Rail- 6, 36, 187 and 316 (going towards Maida Vale and Paddington).

Kilburn Citizens Advice Bureau surgery:

Near Brondesbury rail station and Kilburn Tube Station (Jubilee Line).
Buses at Priory Park Road- 16, 32, 98, 189, 316, 332, 632, N16 and N98 (towards Cricklewood and Willesden)

Kilburn Library Surgery:

Very close to Queen’s Park tube station (Bakerloo), walk up the road- if you reach the Salusbury Italian restaurant, you’ve gone too far.
Bus stop nearby for the 206 towards Kilburn and Willesden.
